AWeber commission checks are mailed once per month.

Checks are cut on the 1st of every month for commissions accrued through 15 days before that date.

A check will be cut for you if your commission balance is above the "check minimum" you set in your affiliate control panel (by default, the minimum is $30).

Explanation of Commission Rates

For the given month, if your Monthly Affiliate Sales are $14,999.99 or less, you will earn a 10.00% commission on Standard Commission Sales and a 3.00% commission on Residual Commission Sales.

For the given month, if your Monthly Affiliate Sales are $15,000.00 or more and less than $29,999.99, you will earn a 11.00% commission on Standard Commission Sales and a 3.30% commission on Residual Commission Sales.

For the given month, if your Monthly Affiliate Sales are $30,000.00 or more, you will earn a 12.00% commission on Standard Commission Sales and a 3.60% commission on Residual Commission Sales.
Example
Suppose for the month of July that customers referred from your website purchased and were shipped $15,000.00 of items. In addition, un-referred customers (not from any affiliate website) purchased and were shipped $45,000.00 of Music ValuePacks that you created. Your Standard Commission Sales for July are $15,000.00 and your Residual Commission Sales for July are $45,000.00.

That means your Monthly Affiliate Sales for July are $15,000.00 + $45,000.00 = $60,000.00 which exceeds the Sales Level of $30,000.00. So your Standard Commission rate is 12.00% and your Residual Commission rate is 3.60%. Your payment for July would be ($15,000.00 x 12.00%) + ($45,000.00 x 3.60%) = $3,420.00.

Commission-Related Terms Defined
"Selling Price" is the price a customer pays for an item at checkout at Music 44.
"Monthly Affiliate Sales" are defined as the sum total, in the given month, of Standard Commission Sales plus Residual Commission Sales minus discounts, coupons, gift certificates, returns, refunds, and exceptions.
"Standard Commission Sales" are defined as the sum total of all Selling Prices in the given month minus discounts, coupons, gift certificates, returns, refunds, and exceptions, for all Qualified Items shipped to customers who linked to Music 44 via a link that included your affiliate ID number.
"Residual Commission Sales" are defined as the sum total selling price, in the given month, of all your Qualified Packages (Music ValuePacks) shipped to customers who linked to Music 44 via a link that did not included any affiliate ID number, less discounts, coupons, gift certificates, returns, refunds, and exceptions. Not in any month shall the amount of Residual Commission paid exceed the amount of Standard Commission paid.
"Qualified Items" are products, services, downloads and other items sold at Music 44 that we deem to be qualified for affiliates to earn Commission and Residual Commission. This includes nearly every item we sell with very few exceptions.
"Qualified Packages" are defined as product packages (Music ValuePacks) consisting of Qualified Items.

Gift Certificate Sales
Standard Commission and Residual Commission percentage rates for the sales of gift certificates are 3.00% and 0.9%, respectively regardless of your Monthly Affiliate Sales for the given month. However, gift certificate sales are included in your Monthly Affiliate Sales, thereby helping you to achieve the highest possible Sales Level and its associated commission rates.
